What we store

Account details (name, email and a salted password hash), your scheduled meetings and preferences, and basic attendance records for rooms you host (display name, join and leave times). Guests are not required to create an account.

What we do not store

Meetings are not recorded. Audio, video, screen content, chat messages, polls and whiteboards are exchanged live between participants and are not saved on our servers.

Security

Connections use TLS, and media is encrypted in transit with DTLS-SRTP. Media is relayed through our meeting server, so meetings are not end-to-end encrypted. Passwords are hashed and sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies.

Tracking

VaultX Meet does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
